I’m a singer/songwriter originally from London, but now based in Eastleigh, Hampshire in the U.K.
I started getting interested in music in my early teens playing bass in a school band and gradually progressing up to playing 12 string guitar and singing my own tunes in my own 9 piece band.
After parting company with the band I decided life would be simpler if I focused on my songwriting and made the decision to perform solo and have been since.
I’m fortunate to play at some great venues all over the country. I am looking forward to playing in Weymouth for the boating stage of the Olympics from the 26th July to the 12th August. Then the Ventnor Fringe Festival from the 15th to the 20th of August
My main influences are Jeff Buckley, Elvis Costello, Sting, Stevie Wonder, Rufus Wainwright and the great bass player, Jaco Pastorius.
I’ve been likened to Dallas Green, John Martyn, Nick Drake and Elvis Costello, but I like to think that I’ve developed my own distinctive sound. Not to everyones taste but I’m happy to say that I do get the odd great review, click here for one of them.
